Hello and hugs! I am so grateful & excited that you have found my offerings, so let me tell you a little bit about myself, and what I am all about!!

As a young girl, I was raised in a loosely Wiccan household. What I mean by this is, I was taught to honour Mother Nature, and brought up to feel that what you put out to the Universe - you get back. I played in the essence of magick and my imagination took me to faraway lands & worlds, I would create potions & spell jars, and loved all things Magical. (Still do!)

In my 20th year, tragedy struck. I came home on a lunch break from work to find my father had committed suicide. My entire world crashed & crumbled before my eyes, this would forever change me.

A love letter from Tejanna…

I spent the next several years moving through so much pain & grief, nothing made sense, I lost who I was - or maybe I had never really known. I found myself battling different forms of addiction, not processing my grief but rather looking to escape & numb it. I pleaded with the Universe to help me find myself again, to make sense of it all. And in a moment of despair - holding myself crying on the floor, I heard a voice say “it’s time to choose, the light or the dark.” That moment was life changing, I can still feel & remember it to this day. And so, I chose the light…

Finding spiritual meditation with a supportive community, I began to find closure and meaning to my life again. This path led me to yoga, and my yoga practice cultivated a sense of Self within me that I had never before truly known. When I look back at my life, I had always been that friend and person that people would gravitate to for advice or a shoulder. I realized that I have been a space holder my entire life! I wanted to share my healing yogic journey with the world, I wanted to be of service to my communities, as they had been to me. So I signed up for my 200HR YTT, and began teaching as soon as I graduated. I travelled to India to study deeper, I spent weeks in Costa Rica - embarking on a transformative Goddess journey in the jungle, and was one of the first woman to take the Goddess Flow teacher training - a practice that empowers woman from within, infusing yoga, dance & intuition. I started my Reiki training, held & hosted countless workshops & retreats, and completed countless hours in other yoga & spiritual trainings & modalities.

I was coming home to myself! But my journey was just beginning…

Yoga I soon realized was my bridge. A bridge to something so freaking beautiful & amazing. My Dharma. Through my yoga classes, workshops & retreats it was becoming clearer and clearer that I had a deep & very fulfilling desire to not only connect with women, but to help them, to guide them. It was in listening to The Highest Self Podcast that I had the wakeup call to my Dharmic Awakening (a vision, a channeled moment that showed me and made me feel my souls purpose.) I had been following Sahara Rose’s journey for some time via her podcast, and when she announced that she had co-created The Dharma Institute - a dual certification program to become a Dharma/ Spiritual Life Coach, I nearly fainted! It may sound wild (& maybe it is!) but I truly felt like this program had been created for me. I could visualize the timeline of me taking this certification and making such big impact in our world, of truly helping to serve the Highest good of humanity. I received a full scholarship to the program & my path has never been made clearer. As soon as I started doing practice sessions with peers, and retained a few practice clients, I felt it in my heart, my body & soul that coaching is my Dharma. I started to feel these natural ‘highs’ after sessions that would fuel me for almost an hour after the call had ended. It felt like pure light source energy moving through me. This is my calling.

So here I am! I’ve been through beyond my fair share of the ‘muck’ of life, more than I care to remember if I’m being honest. But. All of these lived experiences that I’ve not only had to go through, but overcome & heal from, make me the amazing, compassionate & empathetic coach that I am today. Coupled with my vast well of learned knowledge, my known wisdom and my intuitive & empathic gifts, I am here to hold space for YOU to begin your journey home to yourself; your Spiritual Awakening, your Dharma - your Souls Purpose. All you have to do is make the choice to begin on your journey.
